Executive WorkPlace International and our partners are guided by but not limited to the ethical principles set up by the international organization AESC (www.aesc.org), which reflect fundamental values of the retained executive search consulting profession. Executive WorkPlace International is committed to educating its consultant, clients and candidates about the application of these principles.

Confidentiality – respect confidential information entrusted to them by clients and candidates.

Loyalty – serve their clients loyally and protect client interests when performing assignments.
