Production Manager (Powder Coating)

Reports to: General Manager
Industry: Manufacturing — Powder Coating
Location: Klang Valley, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Analyze production schedules, manufacturing processes and workforce utilization, including increasing efficiency while decreasing financial, material or workforce waste.
• Review on daily output and ensure production targets are met.
• Lead and establish development and improvement of plating line.
• Responsible to ensure that process and flows are running efficiently.
• To perform other tasks as and when required and assigned.
• Responsible to ensure that process and flows are running efficiently.
• To perform plant’s performance in line with company’s objectives.
• Regularly coaching and guiding subordinates and to review their performances, including monitor the planned KPI’s etc as well as building a mindset of continuous growth.
• Produce productivity and cost analysis reports to be presented to senior management.
• Coordinate and work closely with planners, warehouse, engineering, QC and relevant stakeholders to achieve organization goals.

Requirements:

• Preferably specialized in the powder coating field with a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Required language(s):  English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in all MS Office Products
